So, I have this recurring (and by that I mean that it happens each 1-2 months) problem with connecting to the server. All other servers connect fine while CM shows the dreaded "connection failed" message.
I tried turning off the firewall, reinstalling byond, nothing solved it... but somehow the problem always fixes itself after some days.
I'm convinced that this is a problem on the server side, since a log from my firewall showed that the server wasn't responding. If the team could take a look at this problem I would appreciate it, and maybe it will help people that have the same problem to solve it.
I would put this on gitlab under a bug label, but unfortunately I don't really know what causes this problem.

This happens to me also. But surely if it's serverside, there would be more cases. It could be BYOND failing to connect.

It's serverside, I talked to Rahlzel and he solved It, seems some IPs near mine were on the blacklist and mine kept being blocked because of them
