Wield delay and, to a lesser extend, the ammo change, in my opinion, seems like negative changes in a vacuum. But they 'might' make sense or even be fine if coupled with other in work changes.
They generally roll this type of stuff out before huge reworks, you've been here for a while so you'll notice the pattern.
Remember the outrage when AP was removed from vendors. Or cloning was removed.
I could go on and on but normally it's part of a larger rework, I can see people being frustrated but at the end of the day, the majority of improvements have been great in the long term, even if they're a bit shit right now..
I still think marines are in a strong position now than they have been in a long, long time tbh.
