He's up in the big Dropship in the sky yelling at Bill Paxton now.

He was also giving Hudson the middle finger while doing it, so I'm guessing it's a military thing where Sergeant aren't allowed to say "Fuck you" to a Private, so that was Apone's way of saying "Kiss my ass, Hudson."
