HvH is probably the worst gamemode. On it's own it's just a team deathmatch - no one cares about RP potential and will just unload their gun the moment they see the enemy, because it's not worth risking roleplaying when UPP with much stronger guns can kill you in 5 shots. If you don't want warcrimes then ask admin running the event to put down event rules first: don't shoot at first contact and try to negotiate and all other stuff you included. Or be like me and just skip deathmatch HvH unless respawn is included :')

Why spare any UPP when I constantly find them trying to husk bodies and decap corpses, Why bother trying to talk to the CLF if all they scream is some fucking Vietcong bullshit like "Go home GI". I rarely find anyone who doesn't just shoot back most of the time. I mean it is good roleplay when your CO and get prisoners but if its a Jerk event, I'm committing Warcrimes.
