I don't like the concept of whitelists for marine roles. It doesn't make the player(s) any better ...just rarer.

CO is a role with a lot of power, the whitelist is to keep complete baldies from joining as CO and fucking shit up

It's not a case of the players being better, per say, but the whitelist is giving CO players a level of OOC trust from staff for them to be able to be more powerful and be able to do more creative things, and have more responsibility. It doesn't make better players, it makes more trusted players with higher standards.
