Hi
the past week I've been having VERY bad connectivity issues, and disconnects from the server, and it's really bad for both for playing xeno and marine, it's frustrating as well. My internet runs fine, and I can play other MP games without issues. Is this an issue with the server ? or am I having just a bad week in my area ?

Could be both. But the server has gone over to the new client version so some things are added and bugs fixed which may cause lag to some people. Also there was added somekind of lighting and chat UI fix which caused lag when many people were online at once, but lagged less and worked well with low population server.

it's a direct result of the new lighting system. give the devs some time to iron out the kinks.

Do you live anywhere near where the hurricane hit? If so you might be experiencing lagging from people fixing the transponders.
The one idiot that uses 9mm's converted to smg's for fun.
