Resignation of Former Head Admin

Post by UnknownMurder » 26 May 2015, 18:07

UnknownMurder, Head Admin, has resigned his position as Head Admin and reverted back to Game Admin.

Well, some of you may laugh. Some of you may cry. Some of you don't care. I have resigned my position as the Head Admin. No matter, I am still me, Unknown.

SASoperative is the new Head Admin of the Colonial Marines. The next Head Moderator appears to remain unknown... (Could it me? No. It's not.) I hope we all get along. The actual reason is NOT because of Asskek's report which have gotten my position removed, no. However, it was one of the underlying reason and a big step, viewtopic.php?f=118&t=2208&p=18055#p18055 . There are multiples of reasons leading to my resignation. Neither did Apophis fire me, nor did Rahlzel. The main reason why I've resigned, was I placed too many burdens. For you see, I have school (summer school is coming up). I have life. It is starting to slowly vaporize. I am starting to become more anti-social. From September to May, I was placed in staff list by Felkvir who welcomed me in. I was instantly promoted from Moderator to Head Moderator. Then, when our former Octagon (I came in after him) resigned, I was immediately given the Head Admin, and was left to deal with the staffs. Unfortunately, I was not prepared but I had good flexibilities. Honestly, it was better to keep me off as a Head Moderator rather than Head Admin. I am the only hope for this generation. I will be there for any help to carry out the PROJECT ALPHA.

Even though, I have been resigned myself to Game Admin. SASoperative is the new Head Admin.

The Age of Unknown is Over. Now is the Dawn of SASSY's civilization...
...So.. What do we do now?

Unknown, I'm sad that you resigned but I understand the reasons why, school is very important as is life and I'm glad you're still on the Staff at the very least. Also I'm sure SAS will do an awesome job!

UnknownMurder is in tears! The "head" in "Head Admin" was replaced by "game"! Ignore all the admin powers he really didn't lose as a result of this, and start mourning his loss of status!

You realize, there are powers above Game admin, right?

There comes a certain point where an incremental decrease in power is nothing - whilst UnknownMurder may have lost some spiffy admin command that would rarely be used, his power within the realpolitiks of Colonial Marines remains just as strong. I'm sure that even if he resigned to moderator, he would still have significant influence here. If anything, this post has heightened his power, as you feel a bit of sympathy for his aforementioned loss of status.
