Failed Mutiny

I was pmc in bridge Original crazy CO comes in with armed prisoners and survivors we negotiate for a bit but end up lighting up the prisoners resulting in killing them. They then try again to mutiny in brig with marine prisoners and supporters after a long shootout we end up killing the mutineers and CO and Survivor once in for all. All of that over a power struggle.............

Try doing what I did somehow in one round. Go CL, accidentally stage a coup against the CO due to security records fucking up, enjoy the round as a bored CL wanting shenanigans, have the xenos call the shuttle, get arrested for 'mutiny' when no one was hurt at all (No combat logs except for our time in the brig with mass shootings), have it turned on CO and survivor-turned-CO's head, they both somehow die and CL and XO succeed in the coup. Bonus points if Wey-Yu PMCs arrive to serve as bodyguards to the CL.

I was a bridge officer. I had pretty much advanced myself to comander as the comander was a moron who tried to make a survivor the CO, thus neither were suitable, and the XO sorta walked out. Sadly I was shot by a missclick from a PMC and after my surgery I was lagging about 20 seconds behind the world, so I had to DC.

There have been times I wanted to mutiny... Most recently?

The SM blows up because some idiot fucked with it. Right at the start of the round. So we get those russian red pills ((I know they've got Synaptizine, but honestly whatever mix they use really sucks and they should be replaced with something that actually works better)) and the CMO was the only doctor. So he goes to treat the XO. I don't know what happened after that, but somebody gave the XO too much dylovene and he ended up with massive eye damage.

The actual charge if the CMO was guilty? Neglect of Duty.

The charge the XO demanded from MP? Treason. They ordered the MP to do an illegal execution on the CMO, our only doctor. So, I decided that I was going to be the CMO's bodyguard. I was MP after all. I couldn't arrest the XO for any of that because Command all seemed fine with the idea of an XO illegally ordering an execution, making a move against them would likely have me killed.

I go to the brig, where the CMO is at, and what does the other MP do? "QUICK! RUN!" and they let him go.

So now it's me frantically searching for the CMO before the XO finds him, the other MP knows where the CMO went but won't tell me so I can't save him.

I later find out that the CMO was now planetside.

The fucking...other MP...thought the best course of action to save the CMO...was to send him to the colony infested with giant killer lizards. An active hot-zone.

So I go back to the brig, other MP says something like "Welp. I handled, like I always do." like it was straight out of a comedy movie, the useless sidekick takes all the credit at the end. I kind of figured he wouldn't be that great of an MP when he RP'd as an ancient war vet with dementia, said he wasn't fit to be a marine so he works as a MP... Because that's totally logical.

It was one of those rounds where there's one good MP that actually tries to do their job, but the bad MP and Command all are against him. It kinda sucked.

On the bright side, the XO died. Pretty sure it was a suicide but I don't know, the marines had a pretty good motive to kill him since he was responsible for the CMO fleeing the ship out of fear for his life.

Right, not sure if it happened, but don't post things of rounds that are going on, unless it is a report because then we can deal with it as staff if we need to, but if you give out information on the forums or mini chat of things going on during the same round, not allowed. So not saying it happened, just letting you know.

I don't think it's allowed even IF it's a report/complaint... I did that once and I think it was SAS that pretty much ignored everything in the report and just locked the thread.

you guys should've seen my mutinies

they were usually just me being a guy who would always side with the guy who was screwing around in briefing and me just disarming the MP, stunning him with his own weapon and high tailing it the fuck out of there.

then getting caught 5 minutes later and probably banned.
