Timer should be set 10 minutes AT LEAST to make a crew transfer and if it becomes a tie then it should carry on with the round.

I would also add in we need voting system improvements overall, especially with more roundtypes and maps being added so that players at start of round will be able to eventually choose maps without admins needing to tally up votes from OOC or LOOC chat.
I believe the current system has it set so that only living players within a round can vote and not dead/ghosted players, which is sadly also not good for xeno players that have to join a round as observer.
