Just something I thought up.

Teach marines how to shoot properly. Teach them how not to shoot their allies.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Marines won't kill their commanding officers or pointmen with headshots that don't deal extra damage to xenos.
Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc):
A recruit would click a button and suddenly the damage to other marines is lessened. Like magic no?
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Click on the chest, rather than the head. (This only applies to people aiming for the head)
A very good suggestion that wouldn't be appropriate in suggestions.

Give RO a mega tazer of death to kill stupid marines attempting to rob and break requisitions.
Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
Idiots will be ended sooner before they can be captured upon landing, and then runnerspawning to death.

Give tazer to RO. RO sees stupid marine, instead of calling for useless MP's. Marine is executed on spot. Life goes on as usual.

Give ultra tazer to RO. RO MAJOR VICTORY

It will befifit the whole server since you dont have to deal with nagging marines killing mps when they try to arrest them,

*Approach him
*Dodge all the bullets from his gun
