Last Stand? Jim for sure, He takes more hits and survives longer.

Gun usage? I'd call it even, because both know their way around it all.

I'd still say Xur wins over it all, but It'd be a fair fight in the end, because they both know each others tactics pretty well.

Persh Aggley (Halinder) vs Lucius Pink (Feweh)

Round 1: Both are survivors and can only use what they can find to defend themselves from Xeno's.

Round 2: Both are playing as Xeno's: Halinder as a Hunter and Feweh as a Hunter, both can change into either a Ravager or a Crusher.

Round 3: They are both Marines locked in the thunder dome area with nothing but throwing knives and m4a3 pistols laid out on the floor.

Runner vs Autocannon

Both are have their strengths and weaknesses. I will have to give this to the runner because despite the autocannon being very strong, the runner can just die and come back until its dead.

Round One: straight up standard firefight

Round 2: tactical assault (infiltraighting, tactics etc)

I am not at all biased in any way shape or form when I say Nostromo for all of the above >.>

I was on the Nostromo, in case it wasn't clear

In all seriousness though, the marines from the nostromo now have experience fighting in close quarters AND open spaces, where as newer folk are lucky if they've played a prison round to get that heavy combat in a space station.

Tactical? They had a lot more freedom to build things with the stuff laying around on the Nostromo, and they used a LOT of it. Bases made back then were well equipped and well maintained. They had much better firing lines then too, but it was a lot easier since it was hallways. Infiltrating? Well a lot of people only know construction, surprisingly. Back then an engineer had to be able to hack you into the rest of the station. I think general sneakiness goes to those in the new group though. Lot larger of a map with a lot less cover to slip through.

And lastly that melee fight... Well, things got up close an personal a LOT back then. I fondly remember knife baton and how ridiculous it was when it worked. With the increased size of map and loss of a lot of natural cover the station provided, melee just isn't a thing as much anymore. I mean sure, they TRY, but the machete just isn't that great guys. B18 armor is awesome though. Anyways I'd have to give it to the old crowd, they're generally more experienced either way.

2: Xur wouldn't last longer, he would gloriously fire every piece of ammo at the enemy before detonating a probable suicide vest.
3: Xur would hold a mac-10 sideways, which autowins.

1: Sentry wins because it can work on it's own and uses actual bullet pathing.
2: Machine gun only has a retarded operator to expend ammo. Sentry has that and an even worse AI. Machine gun wins.
3: Well, the machine gun can only fire on 3 tiles in front... WELL I GUESS
4: Sentry. Machine guns couldn't be destroyed, but wouldn't save your ass if you got attacked from a side it wasn't pointed at.

5: Sentry is much better, but the machine gun has the swag of being a stationary huge ass gun with a shield.

Would actually like to see the machine gun emplacements back, albeit with a larger firing arc and more powerful munitions to compensate for not having an automated component; think an M2 Browning with a gun shield.
