Happens, already observed a circumstance where the Mercenaries from the ERT died to a temperature higher than the one from the Sun due to the SM. It was glorious indeed.

Was playing mp the other day, and admins send a xeno ert. Thankfully, I had my shotty because we had shooters on the sulaco, and me and the marines deal with half of them in the hangar.

The other half escape to engineering/atmos. I go in to hunt them with a few marines, but only a marine and an mt make it to atmos for some reason. There are three aliens in atmos at this point; a runner, a drone, and a mature hunter. I get pounced by the runner, but i get a buckshot into it, sending it into crit as it knocks me down. The problem is that its sprite is OVER my shotgun, so i cant pick it up without alt clicking or right clicking, which is kinda hard when you're fending off a drone and a hunter. I end up trying to harmbaton the drone out of desperation, and we get mauled by the hunter.

Reminds me of yesterday when a medic's answer too a foot fracture was putting me in a stasis bag. Sat there for 5 minutes wondering if this was real.

Earlier today I had one of the greatest rounds i've had in CM me and two other survivors made it through the entire round, we set up a really good base in Secure Storage and stole alot of supplies from the marines, whilst constantly roleplaying with one of the predators at the end of the round the marines evacuated and me the Pred and the two other survivors started hunting Xeno's only to have a sad end by anti-climactic FF but overall it was great, we even bred ourselves an alien but we had to put it down.

So me and one survivor were trying to hold out in security so we could hopefully survive, of course the inevitable happened with xenos going hard into the paint with the survivors, What made it better is how they were struggling alot so they had to get a boiler on us and i was dying of laughter cause of it, Eventually we got captured but we managed to juke the two hunters and escaped onto the dropship only to realize that during that the SM was starting to go off and essentially most of the ship was starting to goto hell. All in All that was a good survivor round.
Also random thing i found that made me laugh more than i already was. v

Got survivor on the april fools map and paired up with another survivor.

We were able to get the Captains ID and got into the Armory, where we got auto shotguns.

After my buddy went SSD, I managed to kill a runner, a hunter (got huggered at this point), then ran and killed two more runners while battling a sentinel and spitter till I was finally chased down by the entire hive, pain critted, then bursted seconds later.

Fun round.
