When the Dropship came back, we and the CL decided to abandon ship early. Except we were following the CL who lead us to the bar instead of evac. Ended up costing all of us our lives as we picked the ONE escape pod that didn't work.

If you try to put more than three people in one pod, it doesn't launch and instead, explodes.

CIC Crew was, pardon me, bat shit crazy so ARES sent PMC SOs to help the crazy CO and replace everyone except him as the CO executed the first XO and virtually terminated every SO (he had them leave CIC). CL Bill Carson ....that's right...appointed me PMC XO. Then ARES sends 10 more PMCs in only this time they are actual PMCs. They guard CIC. After around 15-30 minutes the CO was killed by PMCs after he opened fire on them in paranoia(?) and I de facto become the XO of the Almayer as a PMC XO. A new non-crazy XO shows up and I pass command to him to prevent a full out marine mutiny. Chaos reigned as xenos were coming up to the Almayer via crashing the Alamo and no one knows what is truly happening. SD goes off and all the PMCs head to SD. After this the typical story happens, defense in the halls followed by defense of self destruct. I managed to kill several xenos with a PMC battle rifle but I was later injured and managed to get several people to get me to a evac pod but they died before I could be launched off. Corporate Liaison Bill Carson evacuated I believe.

To add to this story as one of the SOs who got replaced , the XO was arrested because he ordered us all down to the surface to lead the marines there. Then the CO put a stop to that..queue the PMC replacements. I went to visit the XO in prison and gave him paper and a pen to write a letter to the CO. I end up giving that letter to the CO and it's a declaration of mutiny, so he gets executed. My character being the loyal and obedient marine he is decides to open fire alongside the commander and gets gunned down on the bridge despite the fact that the commander treated him like dogshit. He was always looking for that fatherly approval.

I was the PMC NCO of this round, if I am correct. If this round is what I think it was, the squad of PMCs that were requested in by Carson were sent to OVERTHROW the CO, not protect him. Of course, PMC command requested that it be done with as little bloodshed as possible, so I led my men into the CiC in an orderly fashion, politely greeted the CO as my men filled up half the room (or at least felt like it, there were a lot of them)... And then I informed the CO that he was being removed from command and to stand down quietly.

His response? Put a bullet in my head, of course! That rifle you grabbed was mine that I dropped after he Matabaed me in the face faster than I could react. The moment he fired the first shot, the PMCs swarmed him and riddled him with bullets while bled in a corner of the CIC. humiliating... But was still decent RP at least. Even more funny considering I was just a PMC grunt beforehand, but Feweh gave me a promotion and made me an NCO, probably knowing I could be trusted to carry out the event without abusing my power.

There was also a lot of flexing and showing off of muscles in my squad, much to my annoyance. I heard they even flexed over the CO's dead body after having blown him away. Such strange boys them PMCs....
