So, not exactly an OMG moment, but an SO called down an OB on like the marines, he RPed it well by being in shellshock himself. I was CMP, the CO gets me to arrest him and so I do, he basically requests an execution for himself over the colossal muck up, CO comes down asks for the Execution, I say yes, because he killed like 14+ marines. LT is sitting in perma writing his letter home and a letter to Charlie (He was Charlies OW), really emotional, felt bad for him because I knew d-chat was going to be an unbearable hive of salt, more so than a League of Legends game. So I was hoping to talk the CO out of the execution and just keep him in perma. Doesnt work, goes for the Execution anyway, feel bad, ask for lethal injection as a more peaceful way to go.

Comes to the time, more emotional convo between me the LT, the CO and the CMO. Ask the CMO to prepare Chloral Hydrate, not entirely aware of the lethal injections cabinet in the execution room (cus who uses LI anyway) So, comes to the big moment, the CO opens the lethal injection cubpoard... Aaaaaand, QUICKCLOT, so many syringes and autoinjectors of quick clot. After injecting the SO with two injectors and nothing happens everyone is just rofling OOC. The CMO then uses the Chloral Hydrate and RIP to the SO.

Pretty damn good RP all around, though it was somewhat sad that he died. RIP SO. RIP Marines who died in OB.

Since I can't post an image, I will tell you a story from last week. We were at Nexus when we found a booze o matic, we all started to drink and I was Charlie's Squad Medic when an MP came. One of the marines started to force feed the MP booze until he got drunk, started to taze the rowdy marines, then we started to chase him. Since I despised the MP, I thought it was an opportunity to attack them, so I got a machete and started to beat the shit out of the MP. Soon after we started to accuse the poor innocent MP of being rogue, and he got disciplined. Best day of my life, I beat the shit out of an MP.

I... Don't think you should be proud of breaking the rules like that.

I wasn't there, but from what I read, it sounds like a case of improper escalation. The MP appeared to only be doing his job (which in this case, seemed to be trying to get the charlie marines to stop drinking), only to be drugged and assaulted. He tries to use a taser to defend himself from attacking marines, and you use a machete and "beat the shit out of him", which no doubt probably meant you nearly murdered a man for doing his job. As a medic, no less.

Did you even get away with that?

Being I the XO of that round, I had executed such a player who had used the machete against the MP, but the MP had been penalized with a time in the Brig due to all the marines saying that he had drunk the booze intentionally, which, until the moment, I do not know if it's true or not.

I did not make an ahelp because I thought this problem had already been dealt with by the staff.

Anyway, I believe he will not go unpunished because of his post.

Earlier today (that Nuke at Nexus and Xeno ERT round), I handheld a fellow Bravo marine named Taylor since I met him at prep room. As we landed at LZ, he spent some time just look around LZ, then I led him to Nexus, heard some gun fire. I led him to North Nexus, more gunfire. Taylor stayed just outside north Nexus, I went off to help chase off a Hunter east of Hydro road. Hydro road was full of marines, trying to hold it but there was no cade facing west at the hydro road turn, meaning aliens can easily reach the marines. I came back to north Nexus, Taylor was still there, I thought he would be ok. Then marines started to retreat, and Taylor took the opportunity to shove his way north. I thought of yelling at him but I didn't. Then a gas cloud landed right behind Taylor, he tried to go north and fallback but the gas cloud got him, then a Spitter got him as well. I asked in Bravo radio few times if Taylor was alive, but no response. Felt bad he spent so much time learning his first round but it ended so abruptly.

TL;DR A baldie and I spent over 20 min in prep just to have him captured soon after landing.

I start pointing at the line 2 shutters from line 1 while loudly protesting the impatience of the marines in line 2 and won't they please just give the RO more time. Other marines in my line start doing the same thing. RO gets sick of it, calls the marines in line 2 braindead apes and opens line 1 for service after finishing their prep work, praising every marine there for their patience and politeness.

I think I get a HPR that round.

After playing for some months and having lot of fun and some funny moments, this night i fall laughing from from my chair and decide it was worth of share.

Story begins a small group of deltas scouting ice colony for xenos, SL seem to be still shipside after surgery and spec is ASL, we where roaming around trying to get to our smartgunner, shortly after we manage to regroup i hear someone getting jumped on and sliced by a xeno, walking out the building xeno jump or spit me (im not fully sure anymore and it dont really matter) and i lay helpless on the ground. ASL (spec) seems to get ready to fire while the xeno stand next to me.... i get up try to run to the safety of the building... manage to walk one tile, catch a rocket from spec and instant death to me at the xeno.
