Probably my most anticipated of Apop's announced updates. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it was said that it would all be on one deck as well, right? I miss the one deck Sulaco from pre alpha. It felt more... streamlined.

I'm quite happy if it's one deck again as it felt more like an actual ship then, well for me atleast.

While the pre-alpha Sulaco was not as realistic looking, but it had a far more organic and linear battle structure. You knew which direction the Aliens were going to come from but the ship was wide enough that it forced the Marines to defend a lot of ground but also let Aliens attack in many directions.

Please please please let there be random rooms and areas only for rp situations like on the Nostromo , ex. Laundry room , bathrooms , staffroom

Apop did state that the new remap will all be on one z-level and that it should be out by the 11th of June give or take.

Can't say I'm a fan of going back to one deck. The current two-deck layout allows for a degree of "three-dimensional" complexity, making moving and fighting on-board much more interesting. If anything, we should be adding more ladders and maintenance tunnels, maybe even a third deck.

Let me dispell some rumors:

1. It'll be 2 decks
2. It'll be one Z-LAYER.
3. It's nowhere near "soon" at this time. Looking at probs over a month.

I probably won't be playing by then.

Please at least have more surgery rooms than doctors. So the nurses or other doctors can prep other patients for surgery while other surgery is still going on. More surgery rooms = awesome.
