Things you should do but don't

DON'T PUSH ENGINEERS
Last game I was an engi and it was quite intense, with aliens on the Sulaco and everything. I built a table fort in the cafe and shielded RO. Then I made my way to evac and made emergency defenses. I walled off my evac with fake walls, but people KEPT PUSHING ME SO I COULDN'T FIX ONE OF THE WALLS thus resulting in an Alien Major. And people still blamed me.

DON'T PUSH MEDICS
Can end in annoyance or Overdose. OD'd a guy because he pushed my patient out of the way and I injected him with Quick Clot. He still called me a noob in LOOC.

WHEN MPs, DON'T BE SHIT
I've had a ludicrous amount of bad MPs. From stealing random things and claiming them as evidence, from flash banging the RO line and then stealing the Marine's things, and actually killing the PO so they can fly the Rasp, there have been some really bad MPs.

WHEN MT, GO PLANETSIDE
So many MTs have said "MTs are boring" or something like that, but only a few amount of MTs go down to the Planetside. You can build an FOB, an Autolath, electrified grilles, as well as some DIY stuff, like an emitter or a fuel tank mine.

AS SURVIVOR, RUN TO TABLEFORT
Why TABLEFORT, you ask? Well, you have defense, a flame thrower, a pulse rifle, and some other tools. It is very easy to hold up there since Aliens are not upgraded, and you have easy access to the hive if you want to kill all of them instantly.

AS STANDARD, BRING AMMO
You have a belt and a bag, as well as your amour pockets. Bring some ammo for your other friends.

SET UP ATMOS

Unfortunately, I tend to completely forget this rule. Would've saved me a lot've trouble.

Always carry a combat knife it may not be a the best knife but hey it can do some damage on some xenos

As a latejoin standard, do your job and grab atleast one bag of shit for your squad, be it tricord injectors, food, spare ammo, whatever. Any little bit helps.

The only time you should wear something that isn't your uniform, should be when the round is over or if the Marines escaped.
