Stop Getting Banned

I'm making this post to address the goddamn issue of people constantly telling me their tales of "I got banned for being a fuck up lol". I'm well aware of the salty shitlord status I have on this server but I do what I do because it's fun and 90% of the time, people have a good time when they're involved. I don't do what I do and cause a massive shitstorm in a round to get banned and give the staff a hard time so I don't want other people doing it either. Not only is it annoying having people approach me every other round and LOOC that they just got out of a ban because they shat up the round and pissed off the mods, but it also gives our staff a hard time. Their position is stressful enough dealing with the griefers that decide to fuck with the server every odd round or the new guy that decided to steal spec weapons and improperly escalate. Having fun in an unorthodox fashion is all well and good but causing a scene or pissing the staff off is not my intention and it shouldn't be yours.

Furthermore, it's extremely frustrating having people compare themselves to me or whining about my actions having no consequences. If you shot some dipshit and got a 3 hour ban, don't say "Well Saul did (X) and didn't get banned for it!" or if I shit up a round and give the majority a laugh at the cost of one or two people getting upset at me because they have a stick up their asses, make a player report about me and let the staff handle it. 9/10 times when I shit up a round or cause a scene, it's IC and doesn't break the server rules so obviously I won't get banned. If you got pissed because I threw a flashbang onto the bridge, don't shit up OOC whining about it and then metagrudge me the next round. If I broke a server rule doing what I did, I'm going to get banned as much as the next guy. Trust me firsthand when I say the staff show me no favoritism when it comes to dishing out punishment for rulebreaking, and in some cases they even extend the punishment because the initial consequences of my actions were too light.

TL;DR if you're a regular here and you know the rules, stop getting banned trying to make me proud or thinking I'll give you a thumbs up like a Caesar in the Coliseum.

It is sad how people often look up to not the best role models, but the worse ones, not because they have good qualities to have oneself, but because they bring "Lols" and chaos to what would otherwise be a humble round.

People seem to willing to toe the banhammer line just to get those sweet 15 minutes of fame that they forget that being remembered as an asshole isn't the best quality one can have, and going out of your way to screw everyone else over because an infamous marine is being punished for something, even unjustly, is just pushing it.

I remember one round a long time ago where I was a doctor and you were in jail, and at some point from CT came to me and was asking me to give him anesthetic injectors. His intention? clearly to help break you out, since I did see your video, so I was right to avoid giving him such a dangerous tool.

In fact, Noah was one of our doctors, and he too screwed around with you when he should have been saving lives with me. Noah himself, from my recollection. liked to fuck around and hinder the progress of his own marines rather than be a help to them. And lets not get started on Carson....

I know we don't live in a perfect world where everyone who plays this server is a perfect little marine who listens to orders and strives to do his best for his platoon, but fuckin hell guys, at least think before doing something stupid, god...

That round the only people I fucked with were the MP's (and what else were they gonna do anyways?), and then I went to cryo because I accidently left the doctor preference on and I am an absolutely fucking terrible doctor. That's why I take one of engi's antitox pills before going to medical, and why I NEVER LET ANYONE into engi.
Anesthetic lasts FOREVER w/o antitox.
