I give myself a conservative 60% Survival rate, We all know what the SADAR and some Claymores can do to the aliens, And high firerate weapons do pretty good too. Would have to see the rest of my squad to know for sure, Reload times would be killer.

Along the lines of what I would consider Suros canon loadout if not for the whole random job thing we have, Squad Engi and Explosives Junkie.
Going with 40% survival rate to be fair, SMG ain't doin shit and explosives run out when you can't order 12 mines repeatedly every ten minutes. Also slow people die a lot.

Got my basic kit together, with all the flares, food rations, ammo and two attachments as per standard rules.

Survival chance? 50%-50%. It isn't a super loadout, but it gets the job done.

A Terrorist, who isn't expecting xenomorphs but will be perfectly fine if he find them. Got the white phosphorus, and all those cool guns, and even had medical gear!
