*IMPORTANT Staff Changes!

Hello Everyone

Recently we've been discussing some changes in staff management and ranks.
This was done to purely improve our staff team as we grow and our interaction with the player-base.

First bit of news is that TR-Blackdragon has stepped down from his position as Head Admin due to time issues and real life events. He will still remain on our team and fulfill a different role in our community which we will discuss bellow.

Head Admin & Head Mod have now become ONE position - Manager.
It was redundant to have these two positions as they often conflicted with each-other and could easily be done by one individual.
I have taken over this new position, or as you could say reformed position as Manager.

Manager will fulfill all logistics, forums and staff need.
I'll be monitoring appeals, reports, white-listing and disciplining in-game.
As expected I will be running all applications and dealing with staff removals should there be a need.

To help over-watch staff I've decided a new set of supervision was needed, so will be adding a new rank ATTACHED to each department of ours.
All 3 departments of MENTOR - MODERATOR - ADMIN will receive a "SENIOR" single position.

Seniors will fulfill a roll of SUPERVISION -only-.
They will over-watch the staff of their select departments and watch for inactive members, recruitment needs, discipline and training. Each SENIOR will be tasked with reporting discipline, recruiting and firing needs to me (Manager) personally. They will also have minor rolls in appeals, reports and white-listing (in the future).


*PLEASE NOTE - Senior ranks are not based upon "who has been here the longest", it is who is most capable of doing the job stated above.
As well, each Senior only has select "Power" over his own department and will have no control/power over other Seniors departments.
TR-Blackdragon will take the role of Senior Admin and the remaining Senior positions will be filled within a weeks time.


So what does this mean for you the player?
This means you now have higher quality and supervised staff. Often times you'll now be able to escalate your complaints directly in-game to the Senior of that position.
You'll also have a wider variety of opinions and feedback from higher staff.

This means, more equality and higher standards which will lead to better interactions with the player-base as whole.

Further-more, we will be opening a new position in a few weeks called "Game Master" or "Master Admin" who will also be an Admin but be running events in-game to improve both the Xenos and Marines.
This will need further development and implementation before we do so. More info on this later, as APOP will fill the community in.

There will also be changes to Predator applications in the following days.
No longer will it require 3 Head Staff, will be moving more towards single management with more "STAFF/Predator players having value.
As well, there is discussion of a (SOON) to be white-list for a USCM Admiral position to give marines strong leadership and something to work towards.


One final thing, we are LOOKING FOR MODS/MENTORS.
If you're interested, now is the best time to join the staff team as we are expanding the team!

Some changes will not happen instantly, most ranking and power changes will take place in the following day.

I just think that the game admin is a bit redundant.

However I would love to mess around as Game Admin.

I think these plans look good!
Grats on the Promotion Feweh and whoever gets the Senior Roles.

Game master will be an interesting concecpt.
Glad to see Admiral will be a whitelisted role soon.

Just checking to make sure this Admiral won't have the execution pistol. You know what I'm talking about.


Overall, nothing to complain about. Doesn't affect me much, other than Feweh taking out the competition and solidifying his power in one fell swoop.

Jokes aside, this will clean up things quite a bit, and we'll (most likely) be seeing more events.
