I'm unable to show my previous work, as i no longer have it or I'm unable to share it. I'm however open to suggestions, as forward hinted at a challenge.

I have a basic DM competency test I give to people. But it's not just about awesome coding ability. It's about functioning in a team and playing well with others.
The CM community is a weird and interesting place, and the codebase is closed source, so selecting people is always a challenge.

Aside from all of this, I know I'm not a dev, but you seem to have a pretty bad attitude in game. I think you should work on that a little, but whether or not that affects your application is up to the dev team.

It's nothing major, and I can understand deadchat salt but a day or so ago you went on a rant in deadchat about how the "shitmins" wouldn't heal you and you had a passive agressive tone in ahelps. I can understand being frustrated but if you're going to be representing the server, I think you should tone it down just a bit.
