Fair enough I suppose. Everyone im sure has their way of handling the situation differentlyTheMusician321 wrote: ↑27 Apr 2018, 07:41ehhh, not what i'd do. I'd check his attack logs to see if he really did kill any monkeys, then check the dead monkeys if he didn't, something killed 'em and seeing 7 of them dead at 0:30 would raise a couple of eyebrows.

You also don't really make any mentions of noting players which is what is done for rule violations or the like, and answers like handling the situation perfectly or acting further on that don't really answer anything on how you'd deal with a situation. Killing the monkeys would just be outright metagaming and a clear enough answer can be given for that as well as any other similar incidents, there is a standard protocol of a warning to a three hour ban to a day ban depending on severity.
I'd be neutral on this, writing the wrong kind of application has made this more annoying to work out and there aren't really mentions of what you would do if there were already warnings or such. You'd be better off making an actual proper moderator application more than anything else here or giving more revised answers, you seem reasonable but there are a number of lacking answers that don't actually mention what you'd do once you take notes into account or when you'd apply them. Things like 15, 16, 18, 19 if it wasn't justified, and your revised answer to 11. Admins don't really need to be mentioned over most thing as well as already mentioned, there are few things they're needed for in game that moderators can't handle already. With 4 you don't really need an admin if it's something you can handle, you can just tell them to tone down their behavior and note it down, if they continue with it you should simply ban them as well so they're aware they shouldn't be having that kind of behavior.

Re: Recounted Mentor app
So this has been an extremely difficult app to judge... So I'm gonna do something we never do. I'm gonna deny this app and you give the option of opening a legit mod app immediately after the denial of this app. I'm going to push for responses to your app in slack, and within 7 days of your app being posted, I'll make my final decision. I feel that, given the circumstances of this application, that is the best course of action.
I'll move this to denied apps once you've opened a new app or PM me telling me you're not interested.
