On average, how many hours are you available per week to moderate? Currently 2-4 hours a day, after my exams finish 6-8 hours a day on average.
Do you have any previous experience in being staff (not just SS13)? Co-leader/founder of a Halo PC clan. At it's peak we had 50-60 staff members and 3 servers. Was there for 3 years. Within SS13 it's complicated. I changed the byond key I use. My Previous key was Spl99. I was an admin, council member and the a council adviser on Yogs. My name is on the Yogstation admin history to prove I was there. The reason I use this byond key is because i wanted a fresh start. I fully left Yogs but Idon't want to create hostilities as I've made several good friends there. I will be happy to answer any other questions relating to this.
Did you play any of the previous Colonial Marine servers? I believe I played on this server before the split several times.
Have you had an application to Colonial Marines or New Eden denied before? I haven't
Are you currently a staff member elsewhere (not just SS13)? If so, where? No
Have you ever been banned for more than 24 hours on Colonial Marines? No
If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation? If at all possible, I would teleport him to the admin prison (if this server has one) and question him. If his response is bad ('for the lolz') he'll receive a lengthy ban. If its confusion because he's a new player, he'll receive a slightly shorter ban and will be directed to the wiki and the rules
You notice that a xeno is breaching the Nostromo and is unable to seal it with resin. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender? I would seal the breach and then contact the player. I would talk to him and ask why it happened. Once convinced it was a mistake I'll tell him to be more careful and direct him to the wiki. I'll check his notes, see he's a first time offender and will give him a note saying something along the lines of 'breached into space as alien, couldn't reseal, appears new -warned'
The marines want the nuke codes to detonate the Nostromo because they claim they are losing too many marines. There are currently 4 aliens and 20 marines in your /who. What do you do? In my opinion, the nuke shouldn't be used except for maybe an admin event. 4 aliens is not enough for a nuke and 20 marines is a lot of marines to fight those aliens. I'd deny the nuke request and tell them to attack more strategically if they really are loosing too many.
A Sulaco Medic has made several napalm grenades and hands them out to marines. One of the marines throws the grenade into Logistics. There are no admins or other moderators online. What do you do? Is this still from my perspective as an admin/mod or as a player? I'll go with admin/mod

I'd likely delete all napalm grenades as i wouldn't be able to track where they all are and because they were being abused. I'd prioritize the Lo's office and the marine, speak to the marine and I'd likely give a short ban unless he turns out to be a griefer. I'd also check to see if the medic was his buddy (so many problems in the past with this) to find out if metagaming is going on. I'd patch up the Lo's office and heal anyone caught in it. I'd move to the medic, speak to him and then depending on his answer, warn him to be more careful with who he hands grenades to. If he did it for the purpose of having someone detonate it in a griefing manner, I'd ban him and job-ban him from medic.
What would you do if a player started to talk about the things he did to your mom last night?Stab him in the face?

Any additional information you'd like to add? I believe my past SS13 experience will greatly help your team. Not trying to make myself sound perfect, I'm definitely not, but I have experience that will help a lot. I'm good with the players, I can send em off happy most of the time. Once my exams settle down, I'll be able to contribute substantial amounts of time to the community but even now, I'm able to give a couple of hours a day to help out and do whats needed.
