This is really starting to turn into another FriedKetchup/Gelonvia spiel.

Mitch has been a pretty alright dude from my experiences with him on the server, never had a problem nor even a confrontation with him. I wasn't a mentor myself when he was part of the Cool kids club, but from what I heard, he did it very well.

There seems to be a LOT of back and fourth with this. I'm not ready to pick one way or the other.

However, I'll talk with other people who are still around from Unbound and get their opinion.

Sigh* This is a complex debate. However, Mitch gave good answers and has never really had issues with being too toxic while on the staff team. History aside he was removed for inactivity not for being incapable. In this server you do not get ahead for being a "suck up". We teach and expect our staff to follow rules. If Mitch gets out of hand he can easily be removed like any other staff member.

Literally said he was going to Meta Grudge(Or the equivalent of by saying he'd come back and murder) on Absolution, and made a bad admin complaint on it too. -1.

Even if he did lie about it, it's like saying you'd DDOS the server in Ghostchat, or come back as Xeno just to specifically find and kill one guy.

I have to point out about metagrudging too. Mitchs has never been a helpful nor' an interesting person, the only reason people praise him for is his snowflake character, Anya Allen. I was flung shit by this player several times, in LOOC and ICly mostly(kinda breaking the "No Dickish" behaviour rule, right? I haven't screenshot any logs because I didn't know this app was floating around, if you could dig into logs you'd probably find something about me coming from this player.)

I didn't even metagrudge anything, at all, ever. I made a simple comment and spent the entire end of the round arguing my case. I didn't metagrudge, nor have I ever, nor do I ever intend to do so. Nor do I intend on abusing powers for something so petty. You didn't even read the thread, you, just like Bolter, jumped on the hate train based on one comment.

I actually do help people, all the time, mostly while ghosted. Infact several rounds in risk of getting banned for IC in OOC or whatever I've instructes people how to do various things and where the items to do said things are I.E making biomass. Just because you don't actually see me do anything, doesn't mean I am. That's how staff that actually do their jobs get shat on, the exact same principal. "If I don't see them do it, they're clearly doing this or not doing this". That logic is really invalid.

As far as 'flinging shit'. You realize, IC is IC and not the actual person right? This is roleplay. I don't 'shitfling' at people I dislike. Quite frankly if I did I wouldn't even play CM if I couldn't tolerate the people I dislike. But I do, because I'm mature enough to respect people and their opinions and that some mayy be more of a shitler than others. But hey, that's them. They do they.

As for 'shitflinging' at you in LOOC, I don't really recall it all.

The fact that people are calling me a metagrudger now over 'evidence'(which really isn't evidence at all) irks me. It really makes me feel as if people were just waiting for a reason to unjustifiably target me.

You then posted a staff complaint saying you were harassed after you escalated the situation. I don't know whether or not you were planning on metagrudging, and it really doesn't matter to me, but you got defensive really quickly for no apparent reason. That could have been handled a lot better on your part.

Absolution is moving to Medium RP, Mitchs, so that kinda stuff that wouldn't happen on any other server, is going to stop being allowed on Absolution.

I don't want to argue anyone's case. I thought that Mitchs seriously overreacted and he is the one applying for staff. Whether or not you were also at fault isn't an issue to me as some guy commenting on a mod app. Not much else to say on that end.
Edit: There is something else to add, actually. I don't believe this is derailing the thread as it is an example of how someone handles an in-game issue. This isn't something from like a year ago, as with a lot of negative commentary on this app, but something that literally happened a few days ago. I think it shouldn't be overlooked.
