With school about 8, in the summer probably 20

Yes, I was an admin on the original colonial marines server, thats about it.

If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?
First I would send the griefing player to admin prison if you guys have that, then I would respawn and rejuvenate the characters killed or injured. Then I would give a stern talking too and depending on how bad the grief was, a day to a week ban
You notice that a xeno is breaching the Nostromo and is unable to seal it with resin. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender?
I would first fix the wall, then talk to him. Explaining the rules and why we cant do that. Then if he is apologetic and genuine I might just let him off with a warning and add it to his notes. If he is confrontational and rude I would probably only give him a 24 hour if that, maybe even a 12 or 1 hour
The marines want the nuke codes to detonate the Nostromo because they claim they are losing too many marines. There are currently 4 aliens and 20 marines in your /who. What do you do?
I say no, there are only 4 aliens. If 20 marines work together I am pretty sure they could wipe them out by themselves. I like to give the xenos a chance
A Sulaco Medic has made several napalm grenades and hands them out to marines. One of the marines throws the grenade into Logistics. There are no admins or other moderators online. What do you do?
If I remember correctly only admins can ban, so I'd put him in admin prison and talk to him explaining why you cant do that and such. Add it to his notes.
What would you do if a player started to talk about the things he did to your mom last night?
I would remind him that is beneficial to be kind to admins. I wouldn't caps lock him or get angry. If I was giving him a talk about what he did wrong I'd say "Whatever you did with my mom is your business, but what matters to me right now is that you are ruining the game for other players."

Not really, just please give me a chance. I loved being an admin on the original one (Not the smoke buds one, the one even before that). I would really like to help you guys out

I would remind him that is beneficial to be kind to admins. I wouldn't caps lock him or get angry. If I was giving him a talk about what he did wrong I'd say "Whatever you did with my mom is your business, but what matters to me right now is that you are ruining the game for other players."
