Generally somewhere between 20 and 40+

Do you have any previous experience in being staff (not just SS13)?
I haven't been staff on any other server other than a local testing server, however, I am quite familiar with most staff-only verbs.

Did you play any of the previous Colonial Marine servers?
Yes.

Have you had an application to Colonial Marines or New Eden denied before?
No.

Are you currently a staff member elsewhere (not just SS13)? If so, where?
Negative.

Have you ever been banned for more than 24 hours on Colonial Marines?
I have received no bans on Colonial Marines.

If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?
Allow MPs to first handle the situation, give the player a light warning and add the incident to their player notes.

You notice that a xeno is breaching the Nostromo and is unable to seal it with resin. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender?
If it was their first offense, I would give them a warning and refer them to review the rules (rule 9, particularly) then seal the breach, as well as add it to their notes. Any second offenders would be banned for the 24 hour minimum, tertiary offenders would have an extra 24 hours for each offense.

The marines want the nuke codes to detonate the Nostromo because they claim they are losing too many marines. There are currently 4 aliens and 20 marines in your /who. What do you do?
I would reply to their request that there is no reason to blow up the station.

A Sulaco Medic has made several napalm grenades and hands them out to marines. One of the marines throws the grenade into Logistics. There are no admins or other moderators online. What do you do?
Talk to the player, and depending if they had an IC reason to do so, warn or ban accordingly.

What would you do if a player started to talk about the things he did to your mom last night?
I'd ask him to review the rules, and pay very particular attention to rule 8, if he does not adjust his behavior, I would mute him from adminhelp for the duration of the round.

Not really much additional information, other than during the summer-time I'll be much more active than the 20 hours above.

I think that a lot of these answers are vague. However they all work pretty well and pretty accurate to punishment. Besides for the shooting up briefing. That is a rather serious issue that should require admin intervention as well. Other than that good answers, First time I have seen the your mother answer be very well responded to with the rule 8 response. +1

Thank you, I tried to keep most of the answers vague, as context is often important to most of these types of things, if someone had a reasonable purpose to commit any infringements they have, they should probably get a lesser punishment (if any) than someone who did it for 'shits and giggles'.

Hmm, This is a good application, my only drama is that you are very inactive on the forums, only these two posts total.
You would need to be hugely more active as a staff member.
