Yes, I could list them all but I don't want to be the bragging type, I'll just say I used to be HeadMod here when Jagger was the host and an admin on Paradise.

Yep, Worked my way up through the ranks when Jagger was host.

Yes, Paradise but I already spoke with SAS and the host, I will be resigning my position at Paradise if this gets accepted.

Have you ever been banned for more than 24 hours on Colonial Marines?

No, Haven't been banned on any SS13 Server either.

If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?

PM them straight away to stop, if they continue kill or freeze, Try to communicate with him via PM, If they do not respond I would hand out a ban to them and then I would heal the injured.

You notice that a xeno is breaching the Nostromo and is unable to seal it with resin. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender?

I would give them a warning for a first offender and tell them to re-read the rules if they haven't done so already.

The marines want the nuke codes to detonate the Nostromo because they claim they are losing too many marines. There are currently 4 aliens and 20 marines in your /who. What do you do?

Deny them obviously.

A Sulaco Medic has made several napalm grenades and hands them out to marines. One of the marines throws the grenade into Logistics. There are no admins or other moderators online. What do you do?

Napalm grenades are disabled, However if they were not disabled I would message a staff member on Skype or report them on the website with their IC name so they can log check and search up their byond id for when a staff gets on.

What would you do if a player started to talk about the things he did to your mom last night?

Depends? ICly I would just ignore them or laugh, Admin PM or OOC I would warn them to stop and if they fail to listen to the warning they would get a temp mute and a warning note to their byond id.
