How many hours are you willing to put in daily to moderate? 4-5 hours on a weekday. Friday/Saturday I can put on anywhere from 9 to 12 hours, late night.

Do you have any previous experience in being staff (not just SS13)? I have some very, very brief Game Master experience for an old Fallout PnP RP. I think that's a different structure though.

Did you play any of the previous Colonial Marine servers? I played back when the Resin was still bright purple and C20 SMG's were standard equipment.

If a player was shooting everyone in briefing at round start how would you deal with the situation?
Give a general warning. If the player kept doing it, he gets a day ban. If it's possible for a mod to revive, I'd revive and heal any deaths or injuries he/she caused by being a Griffon.

You notice that a warrior is breaching the Nostromo for no reason and is unable to seal the breach. How would you deal with this and what punishment would you give for a first offender?
Freeze the player who breached, figure out if they were unaware of the rule while getting a drone, Hivelord, or Queen to fix the hole. If it turns out they didn't know the rules, they'd be let off with a warning.
If they'd KNOWN about the rule, but were truly apologetic, they'd get a 30 minute ban.
If they knew they couldn't breach and/or were being dicks about the whole affair, I think a day ban would be a good fit here.

Additional information you'd like to add:
I'd like to consider myself a decent RPer, and a decent person in general. I've noticed that I can get a little hot-headed about things sometimes (namely blatant disregard for the rules and douchebaggery in general) but I am working on this to the best of my ability. While I may not have gone to military school or be particularly old, I do have a sense of what's right and wrong, and I do have a respect for people that seems to be a bit hard to find these days.

I hope you guys consider me as a mod, and if you see something wrong please point it out. I'd like nothing more than to improve.
