Description of the incident: I was walking around town (fitness) and I saw some humans, saw one of them had the primitive mask when we only had reports of them landing minutes ago. I believe he ran for it as, before, it used to block face-huggers.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Didn't have time to snap one after being shot quite a bit.

How you would punish the accused: Warining, 24h ban if notes say something before this, more if more than 1 offence.

It can be found straight west from LZ2, in small sand building. It's also 100% decorative item, as it doesn't block anything at all. The one that can block huggers is that green mask from deep northern caves.

After investigating and reviewing the new rules, I'm not seeing anything broken via RAI or RAW, and Tidal doesn't have any recent history of breaking the uniform rule.

I personally don't see an issue with the tribal mask/cave mask/alien blade being used by marines as long as they're otherwise in uniform.

I just reported it since the mentor said I could, not that well versed in marine rules. I took the mentors word for it, but meta/powergaming is still happening. With them rushing the sand temple

I hope you understand that there are two Sand Temples Lucius, one across the river and one to the South West, the South West temple is where you get the mask and knife. It is NOT across the river, and therefore safe territory.

I have been playing CM since the Nostromo had penis shaped ships and the station had a science outpost on a asteroid. I was talking about the SW sand temple that is very far away from any beaten track, with nothing leading there.
The only reason they would have to go around there would be a alien running and them chasing it. It is not on their maps of the colony, and they have no reason to scout there.
