RO shooting me without RP

What rule(s) were broken: Griefing/ Lethal force/ Job especific Rules (Enforcing "marine law" by shooting on me)

Description of the incident: Well, i was playing as medic that round. Geared up and went to the RO line, but it was closed for briefing. Well, there weren't Mps there, and no Ct's on the 2º line office, so i just pretty much destroyed a window to field strip a heavy pulse rifle that was there (Only a IC question, breaking marine law, theft, i think so). But i think that the RO heard me destroying the window, and while i was running with the weapon and attachs, he started to shoot me without even RP, or call the Mps. I didn't react, just tried to RP for a bit while i was ahelping to the mods, but some minutes after i almost died, and after i ahelped, the server crashed for 30 minutes, i think so, and i lost the ahelp and all the evidences.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): I don't have any screenshots, since the server crashed and mods were on, so no reason to print it when the incident happened. I just know that he shot me with a revolver.

How you would punish the accused: Just a heavy note, since the server restarted.

I was the Alpha Squad Medic, Cpl. Jax 'Red' Jackson, at the time heading to RO after briefing for attachments. IIRC RO's name was Frank Reynolds (as far as I am aware although I believed him to be a BO as per my conversation on Alpha radio). Luis broke in and stole a heavy rifle during the briefing and got rumbled by the RO and tried to flee, RO whipped out his revolver and shot him atleast 4 times, at this point Luis can't move and is barely limping, RO stopped firing for a bit and shot him twice more from my recollection. MP was heading towards the RO line when Cargo called for it after a break in.

RO then showed complete and willful disregard for the safety of the now critical marine and demanded I tell him who took the rifle while I was trying to stabilise and get the downed marine to medbay. His next action was to order the MP's to cuff the dying man and then the server went kaput.

Honestly it wouldnt be to far out of character to shoot a marine who broke into a restricted area, started fighting with a superior officer, and than ran off with a loaded heavy rifle. Maybe excessive, but lets face it, its ooc to break into the RO area anywho. So either the hammer gets dropped on noone or both parties.

I as the CT,Vah'ru haub, i got promoted to RO when the Last RO just promoved me, I don't shoted no one in this round, The RO said in the radio "I killed a man" and i said "Holy shit", that's all i know.

Marine didn't start a fight with the superior officer, he just ran off. Breaking and Entering into the Requisitions Office is not a warrant for execution. Especially since he wasn't fighting anyone at all. As a Requisitions Officer, that's out of line. Especially when MP was on the scene to handle it.

I didn't atack him, breach restrict areas is a IC question, i damaged government property breaching it and stolen the rifle, plus theft. MP could handle it, the RO didn't even call the Mps to solve the issue, just shot me with marksman revolver bullets.
