Description of the incident: McCarren blew a lot of our chemmaster power and I believe Phoron trying to make drugs to kill himself, mixing it in a bottle he labeled the gg bottle and eventually resorted to swallowing shit tons of Russian Red "for science" despite having been rescued from crit once before from this very same action. He was found to have Ethanol, Carbon, Russian Red and Potassium and at the time he died had been mixing large amounts Oxygen, Ethanol and Water for no apparent reason. It wasted a large portion of our chemistry supplies and our time and was pretty unnecessary. Ship was not under attack, we didn't have a dozen aliens prying open the doors to medical. Just boredom I guess.

The ethanol and such would've been ineffective so he downed a shit ton of Russian Red and OD'd/died to toxins. Was SSD in cloning and all attempts to clone failed.

How you would punish the accused: A warning and a note, it really felt like they just got bored and didn't want to play doc anymore so he started fucking about. I adminhelped it asking if I should make a complaint or let them handle it but it went unnoticed.

As can be seen above, rapidly injecting yourself with that much anti-tox in the course of at most 20 seconds is a very lethal action.

I find the log's information to be accurate to the information depicted in the provided screenshots.

Just gonna chime in- Dylovene autoinjectors only contain 5 units normally, which would only give him 20u, below the OD threshold. Even if he had taken more, Dylovene is one of the few drugs that is not lethal when OD'd, only causing eye damage.

Again, not disagreeing with the verdict, but the shown logs don't show the chems that actually caused this.

Keep in mind that I believe eating pills does not leave logs, yet the screenshots show that the dead doctor clearly overdosed on Russian Red also. He used both.
