Description of the incident: Bindal Patel was a military police that at first stole my head from the medbay just as a doctor was preparing to reattach it to my body for cloning. The doctor disarmed him, and paralyzed him using a solution in a needle (the doctor will likely make his own ban request soon enough), inquiring where he had placed my head. After Bindal refused to tell him because he wanted the doctor 'to help his friend,' which he couldn't do because they did not have any biomass, the doctor placed him outside the medbay. Eventually, my head was found and reattached, but I was not cloned because later Bindal came in and beat the doctor to death with a stun baton, effectively killing him for no good reason. Below I do not have logs of the doctor being killed because of chat limitations, but I have the result which was Bindal being shot for attacking marines who were investigating. The doctor who was killed by the MP is named Kane Hastings, please inquire with him as well if you would wish for more information.

Looking through the logs, this guy is obviously a very new player. There's a lot of "u" and "r" in chat instead of you and are. They also have no notes right now.
Before he did this, he hauled off and shot the shit out of 2 people.

This continues for a bit and then he shoots Rudy Kraut Acker a few times as well, but I think you get the point.

Everything else happens basically as described in the report. Bindal kept the head from the doctor, the doctor sedated him to try and get the head back, and then this happens.

Right, this feels like a pretty obvious case of blatant grief. I would recommend at least a jobban from MP and perhaps a server ban until the player learns how to follow the rules.
