Description of the incident: Just a general late night round, being stupid as always, I was the XO and just gave down briefing, due to the lack of players, I order Charlie group up with Alpha, Delta with Bravo. I order the squads to board upon the Dropship, enough space for everyone and generally I use the drop pod when there are not enough marines for the ship. Alpha Squad boards the pod, I tell them to board the Dropship, they refuse, I then order them again, which they refuse, I order my only MP to go down and make them, which they grudgingly do, during this I am bantered with just things you would not say to your Officer ((screenshots for details)) doing what I usually do when I get tilted or salty, Take a break, grab something to drink, and stretch which I do, DC'd due to timer. Log back in to see them still going at it ((no screenshot of this sorry)) where I just DC completely and contacted Free My Soul about an hour later when he came on.

How you would punish the accused: Obviously ban time, IDK how long, up to you, Removal of any whitelist, they cannot handle it if they RP like this. Job-ban until they get their act together: Command ((CO, XO, BO, PO)) Squad Leader MP.
1-2 Week Job Ban: Squad Engi/Medic ((applied after ban))

Reasoning: If you do this, you do not deserve predator or commander whitelist role, not sure if you have it, but that is unacceptable. Command, MP, SL ban: Command requires Roleplay, and so does Squad Leader, from these actions it's obvious they can not handle doing so. Engi/Medic J ban: To make sure they are in line, and can perform basic tasks as a marine, or any other role.

Honestly, they didn't do anything that warranted a ban, and you did the right thing by telling the MP to intervene, but this isn't really something people need to be banned over. You are the XO of the ship. Arrest them and Demote them, brig them, anything. You are in power and they are not.
