How you would punish the accused: Considering that Retro just got caught metacomming with a group of shitheads on Hippie, I think a harsh punishment is suitable.

First of all, Both of us were dead and we were joking about past things. The Tackle Tackle Tackle is a thing towards how the Xenos Tackle Spam alot. Second of all, That was a question to my self about Rana's Armor. The Marines would of opened fired anyway was a thing said in DChat which we are both in because we had died through the round.

We know MANY people meta-com, it happens and we've drastically reduced our banning towards this.
In fact we generally don't perma-ban anymore for mild cases of Meta-coms.

There is harmful meta-coms and then casual talking to people during the round. Being on our discord in the open doing this is fine as long as you aren't doing anything harmful to the round.

In your evidence provided, there is no harmful display of communication towards our server.
I often sit on discord and over-hear similar conversation, apop as well and we allow it as long as there is not talk of "Dude go get by body, i died here".

Half our server meta-coms, we watch for harmful display of it.

Not exactly, it's a open discord available to anyone who clicks a visible link.
They aren't affiliated with CM by any means aside from using a free public voice system we provide. We handled the people who are our "business", the public players are free to be punished by Hippie should they desire.

and i think the fact that they used it for that before may prove that they very well could've had malicious intent when they were metacomming today

Just like they're completely capable of using any other public voice chat to do it as well.
But you know what would stop them from doing it again? Banning them from Hippie so they can't do it again.

by refusing to punish them on their home server, you're just encouraging them to do it again on similar servers they don't care about being banned on, and again, and again, as they'll never be banned from here for it.

Edit: This report seemed like it had little focus, as the original intent was to report players meta-comming on CM and the devolved into a spiral of meta-coms on Hippie which we've already handled.
