Description of the incident: While I was researching in R&D, the CMO, or Leland S. walked in and proceeded to grab 2 large beakers and walk up to the Chem Dispenser, when I questioned him on what he was doing, he said "don't tell anyone but I'm doing some top secret shit", just as he ejected a beaker that contained water, and then later ejected a beaker that contained potassium (this was around 120 units, around a 6 x 4 blast radius). He walked up to the table that had a large grenade casing on it, and filled it with the two beakers, and attempted to vend an igniter and 2 remote signalling devices, but failed as a result due to not having an appropriate ID level. When I questioned him on what the reagents were, he sarcastically said they were "milk and air" and tried to run out of R&D, telling me "I'm your boss, you ants take orders from me and stay out of my way." I repeatedly pushed him over, dragging him up the stairs to the Brig as I called for the MP, Akemi Ikeda, who wasn't able to come around until Leland reported what I was doing to him as a crime ("assault"). This dragged on until the CL stopped me in my tracks, letting Leland run into the Bridge and report the incident to the MP, trying to ensure he won't get caught with the explosive (I didn't find out until I was being detained in Medbay). Knowing I needed to knock him out and cuff him to ensure he wouldn't find the tools needed to finish the explosive, I went to medbay to get soporific/anesthetic, but in the process the MP detained me and had me go to the Bridge for the questioning. This ended up with Bill Carson walking in and being the idiot he was,
had me tazed when I was trying to scan both beakers because he was more than happy enough to have both me and the CMO test the grenade to see if it was an actual explosive. Which lead to this actually happening in the Firing Range, except I activated the timer+igniter unaware of the fact he actually attached it to the payload.. Angry, over the fact so much time was wasted, I was pulled into a situation that just required a straight forward investigation, I was caught in a grenade blast that I couldn't avoid, and no one was bothering to even help me even when it was painfully obvious Leland was doing, I grabbed an anesthetic auto injector, and when Leland walked in, announcing he was now a "Delta Squad Medic" (demotion) I stuck him with it. This effectively knocked him out, moments before the MP came in and arrested him.
*I was not able to ahelp the situation due to everything escalating way too fast and the details needed weren't in order at the time, and I believed the situation could have been avoided with a calm talk (except I was dealing with Bill Carson, the Idiot Chief).

How you would punish the accused: A job-ban from Command and Medical, and a 5 day ban for attempted griefing.
