Description of the incident: I was the doctor, he was one too, said he didn't know how to heal and kept on crying about wanting to do chemistry instead, I told him that I got there first and I had already done everything, then he gets pissy, threatens to rip a guy's heart out in surgery, then proceeds to try to force feed me russian red, at this point, I call the MPs then ahelp it, Nobody responds, so I go on my own thing, he gets arrested, etc. etc, then somehow gets released and gets a BO ID, proceeds to grab an EVA suit and breaches lower deck according to some MTs., then allegedly blows himself up.

How you would punish the accused: Job ban from medical and maybe a 24 hour ban.
