Description of the incident: Bridge Officer Kardan Stronos just came to the bridge and already asking to head down there to the Ice Colony to fight with the marine with "motivation" I told him to overwatch a squad and talk 24/7. He been asking and asking I kept tell him no so he disobey and went down there(This is IC issue I know)
He just pop out of cryo and already been asking to fight with the marines? Wtf? Also the marines was winning that round, I was Executive Officer.

Firstly, we can't forget YOU also went down without a CDR In the Sully, that's wrong too.

The problem here Is, LT Kardan knew he was wrong by Explicitly asking to go down to the colony PLANET-SIDE, meaning that he Is guilty of not following one of the 5."Job-Specific Rules " according to the "ALL NON-MARINE SULACO CREW" section, that includes the bridge officers.

"You may leave the Sulaco to report to the FOB (Forward Operating Base) so long as you have clearance from your department head or a superior officer unless explicitly stated otherwise below."

In the beginning, young LT Kardan was Inside the FoB, soon after, he went to the front-lines, playing as Ground-commander for the marines In the end of the round. Then, XO Xo came to deal with the situation, while there wasn't a CDR on the ship, breaking another rule for a small-period of time, different from Kardan, that literally knew he was wrong, while Xo had a misinterpretation of one of the command staff rules due to being the single "High-rank" In the round.

This happened so quickly that even ockly, I couldn't exactly explain to the XO calmly like I am now due to me playing the game with the brief, end-round that was coming.

Also, I tried to give a "warning" to the BO that, asked to go down while he already was "down" via Radio. Sadly, without any staff online, there was no way I could stop him as a Private that just came back from deep coma due to a great amount of damage In my respiratory system(Lungs).

About the XO, all I have to say Is that ignorance Is not a excuse, and, If we check his ahelp, you just are being pure ignorant because you knew this wasn't In the rules and, Immaturely and without a PM as answer, you went down to apply a punishment to the BO, that Isn't your job either and, breaks another rule number 5 again as a extra. Also, the execution announcement wasn't properly made, thankfully, a ground-execution didn't occurred, saving you for another rule break, that would be even more heavy. I Didn't know you ahelped, that Is, bad(God dammit, Xo).

Both players are at obvious fault here. It's my recommendation that both players receive full command bans given note history.

I head down as a XO to tell the BO to head back up here. Two players(or three told me to stay on the Sulaco so I head back on the rasputin). I head down as a XO because I have seen a lone XO head down with just three BOs on deck. To be honest I have quickly changed my mind to not execute the BO but to HARM him right after I touched the ground. I did ahelped but there was no staff online, just two mentors. I didn't went FAR away from the Rasputin, I was all time on the Rasputin, I was about to head out but I quickly went back in. The salt in me with the BO who just repeatly asking to head down but didn't manage to Overwatch a single squad got me really triggered because I have to overwatch two squad(Alpha and Bravo at the same time). All I went down is to talk with the BO to get back up here... he just should've told me that he needs to change is job to standard...

All I did was -1- Head down but didn't go far away from the rasputin -2- Execute the BO but the execution for him for heading down didn't break any -3- Get so salty

Both of the player did saved me I see no reason why to job ban me from command position. I didn't went down because "Oooh no staff I get to do what I want!" This is a reason why I ahelped, I didn't know there was no admin or mod. Also, I DID checked forum right before I went down. I didn't KNOW if ONE goes down was the BO... I am not letting that player get FULL TIME command jobban. Nor do I wanted to be jobbanned too. That player seem to be new and just needed a lesson.
