What rule(s) were broken: Predator code of honor rule 4 (a part of the rule,wich the predator needs to give the prey a fighting chance)

Description of the incident: I was a delta SL,Me and a bravo marine were at west nexus speaking with a cloaked pred,when he uncloacked behind me and at the very same second knocked me uncounsious with a hit in the head and,a hunter appeared,slashed me a few times,then a ravager finished me,but if the marines didn't shot the predator,he would have killed me,not the xenos.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Unfortunately,None,Couldn't take a screenshot at the moment,However,Slc was online at the moment,i reported it to him and i believe he can be a witness.

How you would punish the accused:Removal from the Predator Whitelist

I did not see this particular incident. I was however observant of the same player previously in the round standing outside the Nexus with a xeno staring in and hissing and growling at marines with the xeno.

We'll put an investigator on this when the logs update.

Please wait until the rounds end to file a player report. Second of all I am not exactly sure what you are reporting here. The predator hitting you? Or the predator hitting you and you blaming the predator for xenos killing you?

I am locking this until the round is over. In the meantime, please figure out what you are actually reporting, because a predator hitting you and knocking you out is not a violation of honor code.

You were attacked, knocked out I presume, while another marine was firing at the predator. Some xenos showed up, and the predator fought a hunter. The same hunter killed you after you were also hit with FF. The predator later on fought and probably killed the marine who fired on him. I'm not really seeing an honor code violation.

The problem is not that he was going to kill me,the problem is that predators should give their prey at least a chance to fight back,he uncloacked behind me and at the same second knocked me uncounsious with a hit,Giving no chance for me to fight back.

That is RNG. He did not kill you, nor did he really keep attacking after you were knocked unconscious. Attacking you and knocking you unconscious is NOT a violation of the honor code. You would have been given a chance to fight back once the stun worn off, hence why you were not killed.

[12:25:34]ATTACK: ParadoxSpace/(Ikthya-de Luar-ke) attacked Jeether/(Mark 'Blitz' Sturmovik) with clan sword (INTENT: HURT) (DAMTYE: BRUTE),at this very log,is when i get knocked uncounsious,it is noticeable that after the first hit,he hitted me a second time,The bravo marine that fired the shotgun to make the pred stob beating me,because at the moment i got uncounsious,the pred was moving around me while trying to hit me,just like ravagers when he chargers a marine and keeps moving around to dodge bullets while slashing the downed marine,the Bravo marine obviously fired the shotgun and this might be the reason because he did not killed me when he fired the shotgun,the predator could have gone after him and leaving me,He could had knocked me uncounsious and attacked me with intentions to kill.

It's not clear when you were knocked unconscious, and the hits were about a second apart. The predator did leave you alone and go after the xenomorph that was around at the time and later another marine who was actively shooting him. So in summary: What actually transpired is that you were knocked unconscious and then finished off by a xenomorph, not the predator, and the predator fought with the xenomorph when it was in the area. With that in mind, I am resolving this report. No action will be taken as I am not seeing a violation here.

Getting knocked unconconcious, is a very small chance, anytime your head is hit. He was probably trying to hit you, and you were just unlucky.

"Give the prey a fighting chance" is more along the lines of "Don't fight GimyMcBleedy as runs from the Xenos naked with no weapons".
