Description of the incident:
I was Alpha SL at WO, previously had issues with command issuing conflicting orders so me and my squad just hunkered down east. I was manning a machinegun around the 3rd wave, firing at some hostiles. I was pushed to the side of my gun and I didn't notice, so I fired a burst to the side abit and ended up hitting myself with a full burst. I yelled for a medic and medic Nataysha and I exchange some verbal abuse, typical SL to medic communications. She starts helping me, and then medic Diana Copry comes and also starts assisting me, which I say Thanks for. While being healed I drop a beacon for ammo, and medic Natasyha gives me 3 pills of tramadol for a whopping total of 45 units of tramadol while Copry gives me 10 units of Bicard. Nataysha shortly after gives me a quick-clot, after that I start limping over to get back to HQ for advanced healing. Nataysha follows me, giving me truama kit for open wounds meanwhile. At this momment walking up medic Diana Copry runs towards me, injects me with QC and then runs south. My SPC Sergeant Cyrus Elwoods cussed at her, and she said "Fuck" before I fell over and died instantly. Medic Natasyha, not giving up on me grabbed a defib and defibbed me till the battery ran out, or almost. I died every single time upon being defibbed. Diana says "UGH" and then drags me off to HQ, where the medics are unable to do anything since im OD.

Unfortunately by the time this was written I couldn't go further back in the public logs without admin assistance.

How you would punish the accused: Job-banning of Diana Copry from medical roles, failing to do her job properly and resulting in her SL being put out for the round for good.

I played Diana Copry. Here's my version of the events:
I witnessed you and Natasha being injured and rushed to help Natasha. Then I think I tried to heal you. Then you moved North while still not stabilized, and collapsed. I continue treating you. I noticed internal bleeding but I'm out of QC so I move away to find the one QC injector I had brought with med supplies and let on the ground. I come back (I don't notice that Natasha is treating you), automatically scan you but don't really read it because I've no reason to believe your status has changed (and I still don't see Natasha, expecting her to be healing herself as she was in a rough shape herself), I inject you with QC. Seconds later I realize you OD'd and realize Natasha is next to you as well. You die. To prevent further interference I leave you to Natasha, and search for new wounded marines. I come back a couple seconds later to analyze you, not injecting anything at first, then I give you dylovene to help the Defibrillation (you had 200 tox damage) even though Natasha is still treating you and she might've given you Dylovene but I think the risk of Dylovene OD is improbable with the 30u limit. The defib fails probably more than once and Natasha gives up. I put you on a roller bed and bring you to HQ hoping there's a sleeper machine there to do a dialysis.

There was no intent to grief on my part. This was just an unfortunate accident. (which was in part made possible by the chat spam preventing me from seeing the QC inside your body.

I really dislike player reports where there is clear intent to help.

This is resolved, dont report people for accidental ODs.
