Description of the incident:Kneez was killed by a xeno and the found and revived by the marines. Without his mask, and unwilling to give a gift, he chose to commit suicide via bracer explosion. The marines followed him as the bracer was timing down, and Kneez used looc to warn them, twice. He then ran away from the marines and committed suicide. No marines were harmed.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):Unfortunately I can't find the logs to take a screenshot of, but I'm sure Kneez himself will admit to it.

How you would punish the accused:Just give him a stern talking to, remove his pred whitelist if he does it again.

That was the proper thing to do if revived by marines. Marines didnt kill him, they dont get any gifts or rewards.

Rule 10, he used looc to warn them when they were following him.

Did tell them over LOOC not to run at a pred thats making the beeping noise, they did kill me, took my mask and some other stuff from my belt I think, but my reasoning was that 1. we have had a lot of new players, 2. there were a lot of marines and I didn't want to break the round, and 3. from my understanding they were equals so I didn't want to kill an entire squad of wounded and medics who CARED for me.

I don't like making huge impacts into a round because it makes me feel pretty bad when I ruin rounds unless someone pisses me off with petty shit.

I get it completely, but roolz are roolz and i think some form of mild punishment is justified.

I also really wanted to see those marines get blown up.

But me telling them was for the better of the round, had I not a good few marines would have died needless deaths tilting the round in xeno favoring to my knowledge that far in the round.

Whether or not it was for the better of the round is unimportant, and subjective. You didn't have to use looc, you could've just ran away, which you ended up doing eventually. My problem isn't with you not wanting the marines to die and unbalance the round, my problem is with you breaking the rules.

Should he of LOOC'ed? No, but it's not the end of the world.
