Description of the incident:(might be quicker just to read the log lines I posted) I went AFK for maybe 6 minutes near the dropship. When I came back I was in a cell. I looked at my logs and a MP arrested me with little roleplay at all or even following the regulations for arresting a marine. All I got was handcuffs thrown on me and put in a cell. He takes all of my clothes off and my radio even though the processing procedure says not to unless the time is above 30 minutes. I came back right as I was being put in a cell to ask what I was arrested for. The only response I got was "insubordination" and he walks away right when he says that. There was no roleplay or even just telling me about my sentence. I send an ahelp describing about half of the incident and the admin tells him to give me my radio back but he must have been busy because he didn't do a very in depth investigation. When he comes back to give me my radio I ask about my sentence and it turns out that the CO ordered me to be arrested for insubordination but he had no reason or anything to arrest me for. He also put me in for the maximum time and that is far from warranted when he doesn't even have a reason for me being arrested.
In short: He arrested me without following the arrest procedure, jailed me without the proper jailing procedure, overtimed my sentence (which is not an actual server rule break I suppose), and violated my rights.

PM to Staff (Gameplay / Roleplay Issue): I was arrested without being told for what incident I was arrested for and then my radio was taken away when my sentence is under 30 minutes while I have no security guard to talk to. I went afk for maybe 5 minutes by the dropship and I can only guess that is why I was arrested for.
