Description of the incident: I was roleplaying as a problematic marine named Dimitri Bolshevic Petrenko, who was arrested two times. Later on an admin (doesn't matter who he is because he is not involved) told me that my name was from a call of duty 5 and claims I did it on purpose after I told him I don't even know Bolshevic was an actual name. The round continued as normal, I kept rping with the MPs while I was arrested until I was sent free.In the mean time I beat myself up to Incriminate the MP that was guarding me, he also decided to beat me with a stunbaton several times. The MP was cuffed by another MP and reported to the CMP, even though the CMP believed in me he still did nothing to the MP. (He didn't see me beating myself up, but he DID saw then MP beating me), later on a MP named George decided to ignore XO's and CMP's orders and took off my radio, still the CMP did nothing about it even though two of his MPs just broke two laws. Before I was sent free I was also sent to solitary. When I was realesed I went to Alpha prep to gear up and then moved to the hangar. I tried to escape from the MP that was told by the CMP to stick with me all the time before I walked into the Dropship. When the Dropship was about to depart I threw myself off the ship and ran into the bunks to hide from the MPs that still were looking for me. I found a SSD MP and I took his headset to listen to officers while hidding. Some minutes after that a MP found me and I was arrested again, when we arrived the brig I said in LOOC that I had to leave due a real life issue. Today I tried to join and turns out Apophis decided to ban for because he is "Tired of my stupid" - Thing is, Apophis clearly took this into the personal side, and how he describes the reason of the ban is extremly unprofessional and how he takes this personal is also extremly unprofessional. And..just to point he just streight-up banned me after I left, he didn't even pm'ed me with the issue or explaining me what I was doing wrong. I did not broke any rule that I'm aware of, I didn't hit anyone randomly or with a reason, I also didn't murder, shot anyone.

How you would punish the accused: If I had the power to, I'd remove him from any administration rank.

A problematic marine is nothing but a marine that has problems on interacting with people he doesn't like, which was exacly what was going on the rp. But, if I was a griefer..I would avoid rp which I did not.

Apophis is the boss man, okay, so he has the power to ignore the rules and bans someone without a reason? At least I don't see where's the rule about "I'm tired of your stupid shit" being a bannable reason..Well, but what I do see is the rule of conduct of an administration which I will state bellow:
- Constantly stay cool. Regardless of what a player says to you do not act unprofessional and get angry with them.
- This also applies to the forums. Retain some level of professionalism when posting in player reports or ban appeals.

I had a feeling you'd drop a post on the forum. I was the CMP who 'tended' to you.

It all started when you decided to steal command's megaphone and carelessly shouted HONK, which one of my officers quickly reported. Being this was theft and was a really irritating prank, I had you taken in on the charge of theft. Little did I realize just what I was getting into...

I can't quite recall how bad you were during your first visit to the brig, but I do recall having to stun and cuff you to SET YOU FREE, since you decided to run off and hide in another cell's locker, probably with the intent to cause trouble in the brig when no one was looking. Thankfully I saw you and kicked you out... Only to later have to arrest you again for hijacking a mech and going joyriding around with it.

It was during your second visit where you would become more toxic and troublesome. Here I was, trying to be a good warden and trying to make your stay comfortable, but you took it all for granted by ranting and raving about how crooked the MPs were, shouting profanities and racial slurs, talking about masturbation (although I can't remember if it was during your first visit or your second, but I do remember that you talked about masturbation at some point and requested a flashlight for some reason, which I swear was going to be used for sexual needs), self mutilation (which I HAD witnessed, trust me on that. I knew at some point you were going to try to hurt yourself and blame it on the MPs, which was why I only gave the MP that accidentally hit you a warning because I knew he probably only hit you once with the baton in his pressure to keep you from beating yourself, not realizing his intent at the time. You weren't fooling me), and even attempting to rally marines to break the law in any way they can. You went the extra mile to be an asshole despite my attempts to treat you nicely, even cleaning you of bloodstains from time to time and feeding you.

As for the headset issue, I honestly believe that it is possible for a marine to lose his headset rights if he abuses the FUCK outta it, which you were. Most of the MPs wanted your headset removed, but I didn't want to rob you of communication, so I gave you second chance after second chance, and even went so far as to give you a radio so you'd at least have voices to listen to... Which we foolishly forgot also had a mic and continued to endure your raving and ranting.

I could go on and on, but I think the staff will have enough records to piece together a story. However, I do believe I know the REAL reason for your ban.. This is just a guess, though, but I assumed it had something to do with the fact that you taken another marine's ID (while also attempting to self antag, as an officer reported you were attempting to fire a shotgun at them). ID thief is a serious issue on the server and may even be beyond normal marine law to admin intervention. When I had discovered that you had another marine's ID, I informed the staff, but before they could get to you, you had left.

While it was nice to have a busy round of CMP, I would have liked it better if it didn't involve dealing with a mentally insane marine who fills the air with NIGGER, fills his cell with paper with "FUCK THE CMP" written all over it, and spammed the radiowaves with rage when all you had to do was calm down, sit through your sentence and then deploy like any normal marine. Instead, we had to deal with you for what felt like an hour, everyone clearly frustrated with you to the point of admitting going a bit overboard in their attempts to deal with you. Had It been another CMP, your experience would have been a lot crueler, so be lucky I was around to let you retain your freedom of speech (which you abused the fuck out of).

Our primary duty is to ensure our playerbase has fun, and you impact that by being an asshole. This isn't a legal counsel, and this isn't a place you can call a lawyer.
