Description of the incident: Survivor holed up in a building, predator comes in and attacks. My only weapon was a small knife, which I dropped when I was attacked. I kept running and he kept chasing until I was in crit and collapsed. He dragged he to his ship where I spent the next hour in crit until the predators finally healed me. Then, after watching them kill two other people, I refused to fight, so the predators killed me anyway. Admins told me to report on forums so here I am.

You see, I wasn't trying to kill you. I was trying to capture you. So, since I had no cablecuffs with me I crippled you and called another Predator to come get you. We did our best to heal you, and you were only healed by the end of the arena fights. You were given the option to fight, but you refused, dishonouring Jay. This caused him to kill you.

He refused to fight back. The most he did was try to shove me out of the way so he could escape.

Considering the player hasn't even pointed out what code you broke from the protocol, and the closest thing I can find to this is 'hunting worthy prey' but that's not really relevant seeing as you gave him a weapon capable of fighting you with it seems, I can't really see this as a predator report, it seems like more of a player report as the closest thing this comes to is the Don't Be A Dick rule, as survivors have enough shit to deal with already without predators deciding to join in on the fun. That's just my opinion.

I agree with Karmac. You were given a weapon to defend yourself, just because you decided to throw it to the ground and not fight doesn't mean that you're not capable of defending yourself, just unwilling. I don't really know how well this fits into a predator report, I think it's more of a player report.
I'm stressing way too hard about what to put here, so I'm just gonna leave it blank.... or....

Why was he harmed to be captured?
Prey isn't worthy if you have to give them a weapon to fight and then force them to fight.

Stunspamming him back to the lodge would've probably killed him, as nearly happened to another just while they were being cuffed, so I was trying to get a knockout RNG on his head which is why I was using the fire axe instead of another weapon. In hindsight, calling for someone with cablecuffs before barging in to capture him alone would've been better and caused less damage in the process, but it was the spur of the moment.

I considered him worthy as fighting stock because he, unlike the other two survivors, had survived fairly late into the round, as the other two died close to roundstart. (Well, one I'm uncertain of, but I followed tracks and believed them to be captured).

Both Jay and Bolter are suspended from Predator, Bolter for 60days and Jay for 30.

You guys took a massive shit that round between injuring survivors to capture them and blowing up cause "i g2g" and Plasma castering wounded xenos who are already downed.
