Description of the incident: So, I was an Marine Squad Medic and I was helping somebody in the Medbay. After I finished an doctor came up to me with an injured corpse in her hands. I decided to use the defibrillator to revive the corpse. That doctor then dropped the corpse and left me alone with it. After 5 seconds the doctor came back and punched me twice and ran away. After 2-3 minutes the doctor came back again and said: "Please commit suicide" to me. I grabbed my knife and stabbed the doctor as an act of self-defense. I apparently got messaged by a moderator for that and it certainly felt like he wasnt investigating the situation fully. He wasnt even mentioning the doctor punching me twice. He just said that I stabbed the doctor without a reason and said that I will get a ban because Im not understanding my mistake. I do not want to be unbanned, its just an 12 hours ban. But that moderator should get punished.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc): Sadly no evidence. I left the server after being banned and decided to make this post.

How you would punish the accused: Maybe an strike and somebody telling him what he did wrong.

Additional Comments: I never did cut off the hand of that doctor and Im sure that the doctor wasnt an marine.

You dont understand, that "someone" punched me twice before that happened. And I didnt see that flying hand text. He also kept using the knife with that hand. A little bit weird, eh?

He punched me twice and ran away. The main reason I stabbed him was actually that he punched me twice. But that "Commit sicide" just made me angrier.

you cant take someone punching you way before you stabbed them for a reason for stabbing them, and i didn't need to check if they were a doctor or not, completely irrelevant

You should check out what job they had before making such accusations as : Stabbing fellow marine.
Also I did not udnerstand the first part of the sentence. But the doctor ran away and I had to stay near the patient to use my defibrillator.

I was trying to stop you from ODing my patient, i told you many times to get another patient ( there was a lot dying ) i disarmed you, didn't work, you kept fucking with the patient, then i punched you because i was afraid of an possible overdose (that happened).

I was trying to stop you from ODing my patient, i told you many times to get another patient ( there was a lot dying ) i disarmed you, didn't work, you kept fucking with the patient, then i punched you because i was afraid of an possible overdose (that happened).

You punched me after you dropped the corpse and left it to me. And I do not have to listen to you, you werent the CMO. I just ignored you and proceeded with treating the patient. And also: I thought about that he would get an overdose. But I
thought I could just use the dyalisis after that and his burn damage would have gone away.

No, I want you to apologize for making an false accusation. And you are not even allowed to reset my ban to an 12 hours ban, you would just add 30 mins to my current ban.

The accusation was that you attacked another player with a knife, yes the fact that it was a doctor and not a marine was an overlooked detail, but it doesn't change the weight of the accusation. If you murder someone and the news reports that you killed a teacher, it doesn't change the charges because the victim was actually a mechanic. I'm technechly not allowed to post here, but this needed to be said. You harping on a single overlooked, irrelevant, detail doesn't change the fact that you were rightfully banned. If this gets deleted, someone with authority please copy and paste it in your own words.

Making staff reports to complain about less than 24 hour bans is an ongoing gag, because it's obvious why you do it.

I already was injured. Punching me twice just makes it worse. (I also had that white screen-thing at the edges of my screen.)
