Description of the incident:

I was the CL. CMP came into my office and asked to drink with me, I refused, he stole a piece of paper when I went into my quarters to write "I am getting drunk, love CL" and photocopied it numerous times. I called the CO and XO to help me, he was to be arrested and brigged and the round would continue. Over the course of the round, the CMP harassed me, the CL, by honking a duck, to the point that in-character, I disarmed him for my CL to try to push him away from her. This was the powder keg moment that sent the CMP to break into the CL's office, arrest me, a SO came to my assistance and I went to the CIC. The CMP was arrested, then released, as I made my way into the CIC and he called for my arrest. A firefight broke out in the CIC as the MP's refused to follow orders from the XO to stand down. The CMP instigated an all-in-name-only mutiny against the CIC staff. An admiral arrived, shot the SO that saved me, told for me to shut the fuck up or I'll be detained (As I was already detained) and the CMP was not punished in the slightest for his actions. Continued harassment throughout the shift, behavior not fitting the role of CMP and more galore.

How you would punish the accused: Job ban from CMP and MP

I just wanted to play a CL in a sane round. I roleplayed with the first CO and enjoyed roleplaying with the CIC staff. This player ruined the round from the start with his introduction.

This looks like a shit ton of IC issues.

Posted before round end, but yeah.

Whiteman was earlier arrested for hooliganism before this, which is a telling sign. Whiteman provoked the Liason into pushing them, to stop them being harassed and unwanted physical contact. Whiteman then took this as an excuse to arrest the Liason and throw him in a cell. The entire CIC staff heard about this, we found out it was false charges, and Kepperman went down and released the Liason. They came back to the Bridge, where we chatted for a bit and continued with our job. Tel Atweeke detains the CMP for unlawful arrests and puts him in a cell for a short while. The CMP is screaming for Kepperman and myself, Action Jackson, to be arrested for assault and resisting arrest during all of this. We continue working.

MPs eventually roll up and demand the Liason to be arrested. The XO, who is currently in charge, states that it was false charges and orders them off the CIC so we can continue working. They refuse and become continually more aggressive, goaded on by the CMP over the radio. Eventually, they flashbang the CIC while everyone is standing about. Someone fires a shot, myself and Kepperman get arrested. I get accused of firing the shot, they don't bother checking my pistol which was holstered and unfired, and drag me to the Brig along with Kepperman.

The CMP caused a dickload of trouble this round for everyone involved, resulting in two SOs, a PO, another MP and the Liason in Brig cells with no real charges, not to say what came after. He left a major bad taste in my round - when I had created a new character in order to avoid any conflicts with Command staff - forcing me into conflict with him. He also broke marine law on repeated occasions, and ruined the round for a good number of people. The Liason was a good roleplayer and kept up appearances, interacting with CIC staff previously in a positive manner.

I'd also like to add that the CMP attempted to provoke a mutiny against the CIC staff by ordering everyone's arrest who stopped the Liason from being detained under the aforementioned push for harassment.

This round was a complete cluster fuck to be honest.
From what I heard the CMP was 'going after' the liaison on purpose so they could provoke them and arrest them.
I know my contribution doesn't do much but honestly I think all of this could of been handles a lot better in IC and without the whole shooting each other.

The framing part I will admit was definitely too far I will accept that however the rest of the round the entire situation was mainly escalated by the SO Action who kept making everything public over the radio. You had assaulted me and in the end I believe feweh (joined as the Admiral) joined the round and specifically abandoned you in a cell whilst leaving everyone else. Your entire defense and the entire reason this started quite weirdly was not because of the framing but because I followed you with a duck and honked it, not once during your defense in the cell did you mention it (from my recollection).

My whole defense is that your character used schoolyard bully tactics when he should have been managing the MP's. You chased me out of the CIC and the moment Ingrid shoved Eliot you had your chance to throw her in a cell. You were a terrible, TERRIBLE CMP and this is the last time I'm going to be speaking to you in an OOC context.
