Description of the incident: I was a Marine Medic during an admin event where a UPP force was assaulting the Almayer. I was retreating to the upper deck with a stolen UPP rifle on the order of the CO. I noticed when looking down the ladders that a UPP Specialist (Hou Melnikov) was about to climb up the ladder I just came up. I positioned myself and I fired a succession of round at his head which succesfully put him into crit, as I saw with my medical HUD.

As I moved in to finish the job he suddenly got back up at full health and charged at me with his rifle, he forced me to retreat into another UPP soldier and I died.

How you would punish the accused: Considering it was an admin event with a infinite amount of UPP reinforcements I would consider either a harsh warning to not pull stunts like this again, or a demotion to Trial Moderator to give the accused more training on proper conduct.

I completely admit I only did this because I didn't feel like waiting for the next wave of UPP soldiers to spawn in, if the heads think I deserve punishment for this I'll take it.

To be honest this wasnt a normal round or even event. I was just killing time waiting for Apop to set up infection.
Behind the scenes i was healing a lot of UPP during the early stages just so the fight would maintain since it was about 120 vs 15upp.

Not saying Karmac had permission to do this as he was healing purely himself. However it wasnt by any means a normal round with normal circumstances.

I believe I can back this..At some point as a UPP Standard I went up the ladder at Engineering where some guy was camping with a shotgun. After being blasted on my ass, I was teleported back to our drop area and was mostly healed.

This is resolved, as theres nothing to investigate further.
