Posted that seeing as you fudged up the reports evidence. (I thought I'd leave in a tad of your complaints over looc to your buds as we interacted .)

I fail to see how I was rude, I answered your question and informed you mentorhelps are more used for assisting new players. You're not new, you know how to use the forums (seeing as there are about 3 threads talking about the new map) and it was simply a waste of time because you was too lazy to type in the forum website.

we've been told to shut down on players who are obviously not new and constantly ask stupid / repeat questions by higher staff, since we have a problem with people doing this a lot

we've had certain players do this repeatedly and i believe this is why solidfury responded to you like this

To be clear, mentors are not a convenient substitute for google. They're there to assist new players and help out with gameplay issues. What you've demonstrated is Solidfury being completely professional and reasonable, if slightly abrupt, at which point you explode into what is clearly undignified and certainly unjustified outrage.

Be in no two minds; had I seen you behave this way to any mentor, I'd have stepped in and applied bantime. Your reaction is a textbook example of how not to act in a conversation with staff.

You could have checked the forums easily.

He said one thing and you responded like total shit. Yes, he was mistaken thinking you were abusing the ahelps, but your response is unacceptable.

We will talk to him about that, but your response was beyond acceptable and incredibly toxic and may necessitate further action.
