Description of the incident: The moderators/admins decided to force the round into Extended-Roleplay. That's all and completely fine by me, but apparently Alpha SL decided that this meant he turned the server into a sandbox. From the start, he neglected providing any SL-related RP to the squad; he gave no orders, he gave no directives, he answered not a single query from his staff, and ran off on his own, disregarding absolutely everything said to him, rushing the caves unimpended due to what I'd assume to be metagaming knowledge of there not being aliens whatsoever. I voiced my concerns to the staff at the time, but the issue continued as shown in the screenshots below, so I'm making a formal forum complaint.

How you would punish the accused: Given that this was a Squad leader player, and how things are expected of them, I'd say disallowing him - temporarily or permanently - the opportunity to play SL so he learns to appreciate the role in the future would be fitting. I know its ludicrous to expect nominal RP behavior from PFC's, but again, this wasn't a PFC; this was a SSGT, who completely neglected his role and went off to play sandbox when the intention was a RP-led environment.

Reason I'm making this complaint is because it was shunned aside in-game, or I assume it so, because the player continued on with his shenanigans regardless of all disagreements ICly and seemingly OOCly.

Very low RP overall and not something you should be doing if you're going to be playing a Command role. I'll get a head to review this see what they thing.

If this was during the "SPOOKER HORROR-WEEN ROUND" it might be permissible. But outside that, I'm thinking I'd select my Job-banning club from the bag.

Confirmed, it was not doing a SPOOKTOBER HORROR-WEEN round.
The evidence is overwhelming. He shall be banned from all command and SL roles.
