Which Staff Protocols (viewtopic.php?f=57&t=5647) were broken: Staff Protocols, they did not investigate thoroughly and accused me of things that did not happen. They didn't want to show logs either.
Description of the incident: I was CMP for a low population round where I decided to spice up the roleplay and perhaps do an endurance exam to show the MP's how it feels to be the perp in question when you are handicapped by a non-lethal tool. Each MP on duty participated and took the training, including me. A fellow MP used every non-lethal tool on me. All of them were fine with it, one asked if it was really needed and I told them they could opt out. I was roleplaying this perfectly fine and we all roleplayed everything out. About an hour into the round an MP showed up who joined late and another MP informed them of the training. The MP seemed hesitant and said something along the lines of "3 years in the academy for this shit?" Which I thought was funny because training to be a Police Officer would never be 3 years long. The person in question /CONSENTED/ with the training and even when I asked him to take off his sun glasses to recieve the OC spray he complied. I didn't order him or boss him around or anything. He didn't resist or do anything to avoid it. He stood there and took it perfectly fine. I recieved every single non-lethal at once which left me burned up but my body recovered from itself in literally five minutes. The MP was given each non-lethal one by one not even in a bad way. I had a long conversation with this admin who insisted the man resisted when he never did and refused to show logs to prove it to me.

I found this kind of annoying when he/she called the stunbaton a harmbatton, it's a non-lethal used to subdue people, not kill people.
Here I said "They are made for lethals" I meant made for non-lethals so ignore that.
This was meant for realistic roleplay purposes. I was trying to add immersion and one person got upset from it. I didn't test on them like if I was having fun like it was my first time playing MP and using the tazer. I've used it plenty of times. This wasn't testing for my fun it was to add to RP. He said I harmed him but we all got harmed and he also consented to it. I wasn't beating some random marine down with a baton.
Here I explained myself to him, I wasn't griefing, but he says I was.
Here he say the guy never consented when he did, and then also accuses me of serious rule violations like griefing and breaking MP rules.
Here I try to explain to him that they consented.
Here the Moderator doesn't want to show me any logs proving that he didn't consent, which pissed me off.
Here he say when I /ASKED/ him to take his glasses off, I ordered him. This is false. I did not order him to take them off, I never said "Glasses off!"
And then here he makes a verdict and warns me for this.
In my opinion he is biased because the MP in question was actually /HIM/ and he didn't inform me of that. He is denying that he consented when he did and tried to flip this thing and denied me logs.
How you would punish the accused: I would like the warning retracted, no punishment to him but I would like his actions corrected. I feel like this wasn't warranted.
