Report on Rule breaking MPs

What rule(s) were broken: Marine law.

Description of the incident:
Ok so, I was a CMP this round and had to deal with ALOT of stress. So I missed the chance to Ahelp those MPs since I wanted to solve as IC issue before I got memed by marines hating on me and ayys.

Those offending MPs broke the marine law for doing the following:
Upon waking up from cryo, those MPs got a hold on lethals (WHILE ON CODE GREEN) and boarded Alamo wordlessly. They didn't communicate with me whatsoever and just went planetside against any legal approval from Command or myself. If it wasn't for the POs, I wouldn't have known about it.

I tried communicating with then over the radio to get an answer on why they deployed against orders, no response as heard. I took the matter on my hands and went after then, so I could arrest, demote for insubordination and then Ahelp their behavior. Sadly, when I was arresting then both, Alamo got called down (Despite me saying to NOT go down) and we were met with aliens, while the aliens swarmed the Alamo and killed most of the marines inside, myself and the other MPs concluded. I forgot to ahelp then and only remembered past round end.

Since I didn't manage to do anything to then, I am making a formal report on both of those players behaviors that do not condom marine law whatsoever.

Evidence (screenshots, logs, etc):
The lgos from the round will show how they never answered me and just went planetside without any order while carrying lethals and whatnot.

How you would punish the accused:
J-ban from MP for both.

In addition to the fact that this report was made with reason, I believe in the possibility that both offenders could have meta-communicated with each other in the round in which this incident occurred.

Alright. Well, possible meta-comms is something I got a vibe from too, but as of now we don't have much information other than a few logs. We'll look into this. Currently, it's too soon to start saying what any punishment would be, but the case isn't looking good for them at the moment.

They barely talked at all. And what they said was calling for help or insults, besides two lines.
Definitely did not MP properly, and need a slap for the low RP.
Metacomms are very likely.
They didn't grief/shoot anyone afaik.

Well rocking the LRP for sure. Definitely going to need at least a job ban for Police. Assuming they were sticking together all game, very big flag for meta-comms. So what are we up to for rules broken? LRP (Low RP), Don't be a dick, and possible meta-comms. Also just logged off in the middle of an admin PM. Probably gonna be at least a 3 day, though Apop/Feweh may wanna bump it up to a 7 day/perma.

Tbh, seeing the logs I think the metacommed. They stood side by side all times, when I arrested then, and got fiercely murdered by the Marines, the first thing they did was help each other out before also getting killed.
