Description of the incident:
There was a usual FF salt between marines. Some sniper nerd shot me while there were no hostiles around. I bashed his head twice with a butt of my smg with DISARM intent. Then queen pushed and he got in between me and hostiles while I was shooting.
Now this Frozenwhateverguy didn't put me to sleep to talk to him, he decided its a good idea to talk while I am being evaced to LZ by my SL (while we fight off a runner). He kept insisting that I SHOT the sniper guy 3 times which didn't really made any sense so I asked him if he is actually aware what a burst fire is. After I got banned I finally had to time to re-read all his nonsense and understand that he was talking about my disarms and not the shots I made. I am not really bothered by ban because yeah it did look like I deserved it but by this guy trying to be moderator while it seems he doesn't really understand INTENTS. I also wonder if he did took any actions against the sniper or shooting marines in the open with no hostiles with fire rounds is kinda ok and I can do it too from time to time for lulz.

How you would punish the accused:
Let him learn the game before allowing to take actions against players or at least make him understand that if he can't explain himself properly, he should put to sleep the person he is talking to at least to make it look like it is a serious issue. Because tracking his pms during gameplay is not very easy.

Looks like someone else doesn't understand what intents do when using weapon.

Now, Normally I'd assume this was simply accidental, but both Lisa and the logs suggest it wasn't, and instead was intentional.

I'm not sure what your going on about, with intents and all, You physically hit her with your gun.
And to clarify, The Sniper shot you accidentally, and even tried to apologise for it

This staff report is terribly written... I should also add that your report is based on the fact you attacked with disarm attempt but that's the same exact thing as attacking with hostile intent. Also, did you even read the protocols because the one you gave doesn't even match with what you're talking about?
